Cancellation, Rescheduling & Class Transfer Policy Non-Refundable Enrollment: All sales are final and non-refundable. Transfer & Rescheduling Requests: If you are unable to attend the live masterclass, you must submit a written request to academy@actsbeauty.com at least 72 hours (5 business days) prior to the scheduled class time. Requests to transfer your registration to a future date or class are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Replay Access: Replay access and digital resources are included with paid registration. Complimentary registrations include live class access only. Complimentary registrants who are unable to attend may purchase the class recording and digital resources separately for an additional fee. Virtual Class Reschedules: If Acts & Aesthetics must reschedule virtual class, all enrolled students will be promptly notified and provided with full details and instructions regarding the updated class date & time.
